There are six bathrooms in total. It offers large spaces for relaxation, a large and modern dining room for 16 people, and a gorgeous living room with splendid view of the garden. The property includes several modern and fully equipped kitchens.

The garden includes a fabulous long swimming pool. The swimming pool area is equipped with deck chairs and sun loungers on a wooden deck and a welcoming outdoor patio which is ideal for outdoor dining.

This property is an ideal option for large groups looking for space and comfort. The Palazzo, which is located in the heart of the city, is full of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. It is located 16 km from Otranto with its splendid cathedral and wonderful beaches. Otranto is located on the spectacular Adriatic coast and offers sandy beaches and bathing establishments. The villa is located 1 km from the nearest center, 35 km from Santa Maria di Leuca, which is located right on the southernmost tip of Puglia. It is 35 km from Gallipoli, the last outpost of Magna Grecia. The splendid Baroque capital of Lecce is 35 km away and if you like playing golf, there is an 18-hole golf club just 37 km away. The nearest international airport is Brindisi (85 km) and the largest Bari international airport is 200 km away.
