Villa Oberdan is a luxury rental villa of 240 square meters (2583 sq. ft) that sits on a property of 10,000 square meters (108,000 sq. ft). It has many balconies and terraces, and is suitable for a maximum of ten people (8+2). The luxury Sorrento Villa has two floors, with four bedrooms (2 master suites and 2 guest rooms) and four bathrooms, and a 4000 square meter garden. From the parking area, the house can be easily reached (just one step) for all types of guests. Villa Oberdan is fully furnished with A/C and heating throughout the entire house and bedrooms, as well as a hot tub (which can be enjoyed all year), an infinity and heated swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, gazebo, barbecue, hammock, Sky TV, Playstation 3, home theater system, iPod station, Bose sound system, alarm, free fast Wi-Fi (bring your laptop or smartphone), and all the comforts you need to make this your home away from home.

Top Floor
Living Area
The main entrance is on the top floor, where you enter into the spacious living area (60 square meters). In this living room, there are three comfortable sofas. One of these sofas converts into a double bed. You can also choose from hundreds of international channels on Sky TV or play PlayStation 3 on the 47” Smart TV.
Kitchen
The large and beautiful kitchen (30 square meters) can also be accessed from the outside. It is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, a six-ring gas stove, dishwasher, wine refrigerator, pots and pans, plates and silverware, American coffee maker, ice maker, Espresso coffee maker, Moka coffee maker, toaster, blender, ice machine, and microwave. The kitchen communicates to the dining area, which is furnished with a spectacularly large round table.
From the living room of this elegant holiday Villa, you can access two of the four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the kitchen. In the living room, you will find the 15-step staircase to the bottom floor.
Bedroom 1 (Sea View)
This large bedroom (18 square meters; 194) on the second floor looks at the sea. The bed is an EU queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm), which is bigger than a US queen. You will find 100% Egyptian cotton linens and towels. There is a full bathroom with a shower between this bedroom and bedroom 2. A 43” Led TV hangs on the wall, where you can find hundreds of international channels on Sky TV.
Bedroom 2 (Garden View)
The second large bedroom (18 square meters; 194 sq. ft) on this floor has two really wide single beds (100 cm x 200 cm), that can be set as a large one Californian King size ( 200cm x 200 cm). You will find 100% Egyptian cotton linens. Between these two bedrooms, there is a full bathroom with a shower. A 40” Led TV hangs on the wall, where you can enjoy watching hundreds of international channels on Sky TV.
Bottom Floor (Master Suites)
Bedroom 3 (Sea View)
This master suite with a Jacuzzi bath, large shower (1-meter x 1 meter), and two hand basins have a stunning sea view and a large glass picture window, which allows you to walk directly onto the deck to enjoy the hot tub and outdoor sofas. This bedroom has a custom mattress (170 cm x 210 cm), which is larger than an EU queen. You will find 100% Egyptian cotton linens and towels. A 40” Led TV hangs on the wall, where you can find hundreds of international channels on Sky TV.
Bedroom 4 (Sea View)
This master suite with a sea view bathtub has a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and an outside terrace, hot tub, and outdoor sofas. You will find 100% Egyptian cotton linens and towels. A 40” Led TV hangs on the wall, where you can find hundreds of international channels on Sky TV.

The security deposit will be refunded upon departure subject to any deductions for damage.
The Tourist Tax of € 2 per person per night is NOT included. It Is due in cash at arrival. It Is not due under 18 years old and is due only for the first 7 nights. No other fees are required.

From May 30 to Sept 12, min 1 week only from Sat to Sat., during the other month’s min stay 5 nights, flexible arrival day.

Check-in after 4.00 pm – check out before 10.00 am or by different arrangement.
Daily cleaning 7/7, linens, and towels will be changed Wednesday or on request.
Heated Pool available on request price €400,00 cash at arrival, previous notice needed.
At Villa Oberdan available Chef and Breakfast Services and Massage services, that are not included in the rental price.
No Services of any kind are allowed for any reason in the villa.
Private Boat available, very comfortable 37 feet Motor-yacht for a daily Boat trip to Capri and Amalfi coast.
Pets Policy
PETS are permitted only with prior approval and strict conditions.
An extra security deposit in cash of euro 500,00 (total of euro 1.500)
1- Before booking confirmation request please Inform the dog’s size and dog’s race
2- No sleep or simply stay on the beds or on the sofas.
3- No pups in the garden
4- No holes in the garden
5- We have the wood floor all over the villa, is your responsibility if he scratches it
7- Not swim in the pool or in the outdoor Jacuzzi or indoor bath or indoor Jacuzzi.
Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse.
Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time.
Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees.
All pets are to be treated with Advantage or similar topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival.
All items above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner.
